Mike Frazier, MD, Inc. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Mike Frazier, MD, Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Strong Man System Course Refund Policy
The Company provides a money-back guarantee for the Strong Man System Program with no time restrictions. As long as the Company is an active legal entity, refunds are available. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
To receive a refund, you must provide the Company with proof that you did the coursework in the Program. If, after completing the coursework, you would like to request a refund, email email@example.com. Any refund requests without proof of coursework as detailed below will not be granted.
All refund request emails need to include the following items:
- Link to review ALL your completed worksheets showing completion of the assignments in The Strong Man System as outlined in the Membership Area (Format can be PDF or word processing document such as Word or Google Doc as long as they are accessible online for review.) This includes proof of 90 consecutive days of doing each of the outlined habits.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the The United States of America, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in The United States of America for the resolution of any disputes.
